Our 3 holiday apartments with a panoramic view of the historical centre of Brixen/Bressanone are surrounded by vineyards. From here it is a 20 minute walk to reach the city centre.
Each of our apartments has a fully-equipped kitchen, high speed wi-fi, streaming service, TV, an outdoor area and free covered parking.
Our holiday apartments are perfect for singles, couples, families or business travellers.
Situated in a central area, we are an ideal starting point for excursions and day trips throughout South Tyrol (Dolomites, Seceda Val Gardena, Lago di Braies, Castel Trauttmansdorff Gardens etc.).

Rates and conditions
Rates are per night per apartment, based on 2-people occupancy.
Additional guests: € 25 per night per person.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 10 am
Use of bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and beauty products included.
Free covered car park included. Final cleaning included.
The local tourist tax is € 2,60 per person/day for guests aged 14 and over and is payable together with the balance.
We offer a 10% discount on the total price on bookings of 7 or more days.
Booking confirmation is subject to a 20% deposit. The remaining amount is to be settled by bank transfer no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
Deposit: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit.
The Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of withdrawal in the case of accommodation bookings. Nevertheless, we allow cancellation under the following conditions:
No cancellation fees apply up until 14 days before arrival.
For cancellations made 13 to 4 days before arrival, we charge a 70% cancellation fee.
For cancellations made 4 days before arrival or later, and in the event of no show, the booking is charged in full.
